Here’s how it works:

1. Purchase 3 eligible Tim Hortons products at a participating grocery store from May 2 – May 30, 2016
2. Circle the purchase date on the receipt & the purchase price of each of the three Tim Hortons products
3. Complete the online claim form & upload a picture or scanned image of your receipt

Submissions must be received by June 30, 2016. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
