Get a rebate valid for a FREE NasaMist product, NasaMist Gentle Mist, NasaMist Medium Stream or NasaMist Full Stream. Good for purchases made at Shoppers Drug Mart from February 11, 2013 to February 25, 2013. To get the rebate, mail in your original UPC Bar Code, a printed copy of this rebate page, and a copy of your receipt. Also include your name, complete address, email and phone number. Your mailed-in rebate request must be postmarked at least 30 days from the date of your purchase.
Or if you prefer, do your rebate request online:
- Take a photo (via smartphone or digital camera) of readable receipt and UPC barcode from the NeilMed® product box. Save the photo to an easily accessible location on your PC or smartphone.
- Fill in the contact information.
- Select product name.
- Select applicable promotion or store location
- Attach your photo(s)
- Press Submit to upload your information. You will receive a confirmation code to track your rebate status
Expect to receive rebate check at least 30 days from request. Six item redemption per household. Tax or shipping not included in rebate.
